7 Days Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after delivery. The return window starts at 00:00 local time after the delivery date and closes after 7 days. Items must be unused, clean, and returned with all original accessories, packaging, and manuals.

Product must be in original condition with no human damage or visible scratches
All accessories, packaging, and manuals must be included
Returns not caused by product quality issues are at the buyer's shipping cost

Return & Exchange Process

Go to Track Order and enter your order number and checkout email
If the order is within the return window, click Request Return
After confirmation, you will receive a return authorization and return address
Ship the product back and provide the tracking number
We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days
After inspection passes, replacements ship immediately / refunds are processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection
International orders may have longer refund times depending on the bank
Refund amount is based on the actual amount paid (coupons excluded)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a confirmed product issue
